• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to AFS products and procedures
• Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of any issues requiring follow-up
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales goals

• High School diploma and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• OR Associate degree and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• OR Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within assigned territory
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and perform essential functions of the job

• Preference for local candidates or those with experience at the employer
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ experience in the cardiac field
• Completion of a pacing school or similar training program
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
