As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you ll have the opportunity to:
- Empower Youth:
Provide supervision to associate-level therapists who help students navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, and stress. - Witness Tangible Outcomes:

As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you will:
- Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists:
Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth. - Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice:
Monitor and ensure that supervises adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards. - Collaborate with Care Teams:
Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervises to create a holistic support system for each student. - Focus on Outcomes:
Utilize our tools and resources to help supervises track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients. - Maintain Supervisory Documentation:
Keep accurate and timely records of supervision sessions using our secure EHR system. - Engage in Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Active, independent clinical license in Virginia as an LCSW, or LPCC meeting the supervision qualifications for the state.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full licensed clinician.
- Completed supervision training.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
- Bilingual Ability:
Fluency in Spanish or other languages. - Specialized Training:
Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities. - Educational
Experience:
Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions. - Credentialing:
Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
