WhatWe’re Offering
- Full Earning Potential: $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
- Bonus:
Attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years) - Hybrid Role:
Combination of in-person supervision (in-home, school, and/or center-based) and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of in-home cases - Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, including clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed.

Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives - Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays (including 1 floating holiday) and 15 days of PTO that accrues from Day 1

Schedule:
Opportunities to work from home with Mon-Fri mornings/afternoons up to 6pm most nights, with one to two evenings per week until 8:30pm. No Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions. - At-Will Employment:
We do not require contracts or non-compete agreements; employment is at-will, allowing you to grow with us on your own terms.

- Lead by example and support Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and guidance, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with reliability and fidelity
- Drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing ABA programs, evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving to help clients reach their potential
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek opportunities for growth
- Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster a collaborative learning environment
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB)
- Criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV as part of onboarding (we pay for these)
