• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships leading to incremental business
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and strategize sales opportunities

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• OR Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive approximately 25-50% of the time
• Ability to interact with personal computers and communicate effectively with peers and co-workers

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
