A leading health company is seeking a Call Center Pharmacist Consultant to provide support for disease management programs and ensure appropriate use of medications. This role includes evaluating member needs, assessing compliance with care plans, and communicating directly with members and physicians. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Pharmacy with at least 2 years of clinical experience. This position allows full-time remote work, but proximity to the posting location is required for training.
