• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to cardiac ablation products
• Update sales representatives regarding procedures and notify account managers of any issues requiring follow-up
• Collaborate with account managers to achieve and exceed sales goals

• High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field OR
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field OR
• Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Preference for local qualified candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
