About Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with ASD by combining clinical innovation, whole-child care, and personalized therapy. - Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
- Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
- Use electronic tools such as Central Reach to conduct preference assessments and track data
- Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
- Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
- Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
- Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles from home to service location of home-based cases)
- RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
- Prior experience with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
- Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)
This position will provide in-home services to clients located within a 20-mile radius of your location. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between client homes and have reliable transportation. For home-based services, we offer premium pay for sessions after 5 PM and paid drive time between clients.
Shift HoursWe are seeking candidates who are available during the 3:00pm–8:00pm time block a minimum of 4 days per week. We will work to match you with cases scheduled within that window. This role is expected to offer roughly 10–20 hours per week.

The expected salary range for this role is $20–$26 per hour. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
