Position: Outpatient Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - Missouri license preferred

We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our Missouri-based partners.

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients (majority ages 18+, with some ages 8+) with moderate/high acuity and largely general psychiatric diagnoses.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient clinic located in Missouri
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk | Flexible hours during 8am – 6pm CST
• Appointments: 60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments
• Administrative time: Flexible
• Caseload: ~7 clients scheduled per day

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC)
• Active Missouri LCSW and/or LPC license strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
