Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with Angelic Care Living LLC, you will have the opportunity to use your problem-solving and analytical skills to monitor and communicate effectively with patients to understand their concerns and provide care and nutritional advice when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients to understand their care concerns
• Care Givers orientation skills and supervision of caregivers (CHHA)
• Prepare and create in-home initial assessments and care plans to meet the client's needs
• Clients follow up on in-home assessments and phone calls

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse for at least 2 years
• Experience RN in home care preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Compassionate and empathetic
