Hemo Cue is a leading provider of point‑of‑care diagnostic solutions, enabling healthcare practitioners worldwide to improve patient outcomes through hemoglobin, glucose, HbA1c, and white blood cell count testing.
The Strategic Accounts Manager will plan, develop and implement business strategies for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Alternate Site Accounts to attain maximum sales volume at minimal cost. Additional responsibilities include coordinating major sales campaigns and marketing initiatives across the networks to increase exposure and overall market share for all Hemo Cue products.
This position reports to the Director, Strategic Accounts and Distribution and is part of the Strategic Accounts team. It is fully remote.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Coordinate, implement and conduct sales presentations and solutions related to targeted account opportunities.
- Connect with individual accounts and the respective business units about opportunities and/or programs.
- Develop growth strategies within an IDN/Alternate Sites designed to position Hemo Cue products deep and broad across the network.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key decision makers within the accounts to build and maintain a professional rapport.
- Ensure sales goals, forecasting and budget objectives are met through implementation of performance objectives, funnel management, programs, policies and key messages.
- 5+ years of related sales experience.
- 2+ years of proven success cultivating and working with IDN/Alternate Site accounts.
- Consistent high performance in current position.
- Selling to or working with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Community Health Centers, or Blood Banks.
- Ability to travel up to 50% or greater, including overnight travel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Hemo Cue offers a competitive benefits program that includes health care, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k). The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000, and the position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
Remote work is available for eligible roles. Additional information about the remote arrangement will be provided during the interview.
