Patient Ambassador

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Ambassador position at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth - 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

Note:

Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with days that may vary, including rotating weekends. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Overview: As a Patient Ambassador, you will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team, responsible for conducting patient interviews and admission visits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new admission visits within established time frames.
  • Demonstrate hospitality and respect towards patients and staff.
  • Support patient satisfaction initiatives and promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
  • Support employee relations and encourage innovation.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks as needed and resolve related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
  • Ability to meet goals using understanding of the healthcare environment.
  • Fiscal and budget management skills.
