$85,000-$115,000+ inclusive of achievable bonus potential!

  • Colorado: Home based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver regions;
    Clinic based in Centennial, CO
  • Georgia: Home based around Atlanta;
    Clinic based in Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, Stockbridge
  • Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland;
    Clinic in Norwood Park and Palos Heights
  • Massachusetts: Home based throughout most of Massachusetts;
    Clinic in Southborough
  • North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem;
    Clinics in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable)

  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field

  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status

  • Reliable personal transportation

  • Previous ABA Experience

  • Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs. Support families in managing behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors. Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to monitor progress.
