** Position Highlights:
*** Part-Time, 0.7 FTE (28 hours)
* Collaborative team environment with 2 Advanced Practice Providers and 2 Therapists
* Standard work schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Diverse patient population, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and substance use disorders
* Manage an average daily caseload of 13–14 patients
* Visit structure includes 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments
* Responsibilities include care for new and established patients (primarily adults), medication management, and responding to MyChart messages
