• Assist senior staff with marketing efforts and partnership development
• Manage timelines across various joint providership offerings with multiple partners
• Develop and administer operational reports for external partners and affiliates
• Analyze education intervention data and assist with post-session surveys and reporting

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
• Strong adaptability and responsiveness to rapid change
• Background in project management and data analysis
