• The Manager of Ambulatory Clinical Operations supports the Sr Manager/Director in overseeing the daily administrative and clinical operations of ambulatory care services.
• This role focuses on ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care across assigned clinics, locations, specialties, service lines.
• Assists with operational assessments and improvements, collaborating with clinic staff to achieve quality outcomes, and managing the hiring and evaluation of team members.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, helps manage budgets and expenses, addresses patient and staff concerns to enhance satisfaction, and assists in the development and implementation of policies.

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or business or nursing.
• Four (4) years progressive experience in a healthcare setting with at least two (2) of those years in a Lead or Supervisory role. Relevant years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
• Supporting strategy and operational execution of initiatives to expand services, create efficient clinic operations, and support services through service line initiatives.
• Analytical skills related to independently interpreting/analyzing budget and workforce data.
• Maintains current knowledge based on compliance, rules and regulations, and licensure from accrediting boards.
• Self‑directed, capable of priority setting and problem solving.
• Demonstrates effective management skills and techniques.
• Demonstrates patient‑centered/valued behaviors.
• Advanced knowledge of assigned department operation including policies, personnel, and budget management.
• Strong skills in organization, leadership, and workload management.
• Strong and effective communication, teaching and negotiation skills.
• Creativity in using available resources.
