Job Title:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time, Hybrid

Location: Remote/Hybrid – Travel to San Antonio, TX every 6-8 weeks required

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Antonio.

This is a full-time, hybrid role. It offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring travel to San Antonio, Texas every 6-8 weeks for in-person support and services.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising ABA-based treatment programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
• Supervising and training RBTs and team members
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting programs accordingly
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation and data collection
• Traveling to San Antonio, TX every 6-8 weeks for direct support, meetings, and training

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
• Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 6-8 weeks
