Summary
The Associate Director, Access & Reimbursement, RLT (Radioligand Therapy) is a remote/field-based role that covers Los Angeles, Orange, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita & Ridgecrest, CA. Candidates must reside within the territory or within a 60-mile commute.

The ADAR provides education on access and reimbursement topics to accounts within their geography, focusing on complex healthcare settings. They serve as the patient access lead in business conversations, managing strategies related to payer policies, billing, coding, claims, and manufacturer support programs. Collaboration with NPC teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting patient access by educating providers and staff on programs and workflows.
  • Addressing questions related to NPC policies, billing, and reimbursement.
  • Analyzing and resolving reimbursement issues, identifying trends, and supporting local coverage decisions.
  • Informing customers about patient support programs like Co-pay assistance.
  • Maintaining expertise in regional access landscapes and policies.
  • Coordinating with Patient Support Center and cross-functional teams.

Buy and Bill Specific duties: Educating stakeholders on acquisition pathways, logistics, and reimbursement issues.

RLT Specific duties: Partnering on procurement, site readiness, and patient support logistics for radioligand therapies.

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, experience with complex practices, payer knowledge, and ability to travel 50%+.

Additional info: Salary range $160,300–$297,700, with benefits and a focus on integrity, compliance, and collaboration. Must hold a valid driver’s license; driving is an essential function.
