Position: Hernia Sales Specialist - (Oklahoma/Kansas)

Overview

Hernia Sales Specialist - (Oklahoma/Kansas) s is a remote position within the territory; the candidate will reside in the territory and travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver s license is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong portfolio and hernia procedural expertise; build clinical and procedural excellence to drive above-market growth.
  • Create and execute targeted strategies to increase hernia market share.
  • Utilize the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model to convert accounts.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders in hernia disease management and engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption.
  • Drive Robotic Integration and Adoption: lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures and position the hernia portfolio as the key solution for robotic-assisted surgery.
  • Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business.
  • Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption.
Key Performance Metrics
  • Achieve/exceed quota.
  • Execute new product launches.
  • Effective forecasting and opportunity management.
Bag Alignment & Territory Focus
  • Hernia portfolio, including Transorb (TSB
    1510, TSB
    2020, TSB
    3030, TSB
    4030), Max Tack (MAXTACK
    30), and Hernia Mechanical.
  • Core Bucket Products:
    All other mesh and dissection balloons.
  • Territory alignment:
    District level; aligned customers performing hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Field-based role that requires 50% travel within the territory
Nice to Have
  • 2 years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to effectively communicate complex product information.
  • Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth and improve market share.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., ), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
