Align Psychiatry & Wellness is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Licensed Therapist (LISW, LISW‑S, LPCC, LPCC‑S, or equivalent) who’s excited to build something meaningful with us. • Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
