Overview

Royalton Psychological Associates (RPA) is an outpatient mental and behavioral health practice dedicated to supporting the well-being of youth, adults, and families. Comprised of a team of psychologists and clinical social workers, RPA emphasizes the importance of fostering strong therapeutic relationships. The practice utilizes current, evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward self-improvement and resilience. This is a full or part time position focused on youth, based in North Royalton, OH, with opportunities for some remote work. Responsibilities include providing counseling and mental health services to youth and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. The professional will work closely with youth and their families to provide therapeutic support and aid in their mental and emotional development.

• Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health, with an understanding of evidence-based practices in youth therapy
• Proficiency in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including the ability to develop tailored treatment plans
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the state of Ohio
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with children or adolescents is highly beneficial
• Commitment to flexible and compassionate care, including adapting to various therapeutic settings (in-person and remote)
