Reporting to the COO, this position plays a vital role in advancing Saint John’s Health Center Foundation's mission by ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of donor and stakeholder data. This position is responsible for data analysis, reporting, database administration, and streamlining data operations to support fundraising, prospect management, and donor engagement. The Data and Systems Supervisor oversees the donor database (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and associated systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and optimal performance.
The Supervisor also leads the development of standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting and serves as the primary liaison for data-related needs across the Foundation. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Responsibilities- Manage data analysis, reporting, database administration, and data operations to support fundraising, prospect management, and donor engagement.
- Oversee the donor database (Raiser’s Edge NXT) and related systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison for data-related needs across the Foundation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of experience in the non-profit sector
- 2 years of leadership experience

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
