• Orchestrate the reimbursement process for home infusion services, including managing billing procedures and resolving complex claims.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes to maintain compliance; engage with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service and sales goals.

• Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing experience.
• 2 years of experience in maintaining HIPAA standards.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft products (Excel and Word).
• Strong motivation in billing, claims, and document management.
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma required; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 2 years of experience in home infusion reimbursement process.

• Preferred:
• Broad knowledge of routines and procedures.
• Proven track record of working towards and exceeding metrics.

• Remote position; candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule to work Monday Friday with adjustable hours.
• Approved compensation range is up to $25/hour (pay rate is firm).
• Consider posting under alternative titles such as: "Billing Coordinator, Home Infusion"; "Payor Analyst, Home Infusion"; "Reimbursement Coordinator, Home Infusion"; or "RCM Specialist, Home Infusion".
• Candidates should have Home Infusion experience and at least 2 years of experience in the reimbursement process, with at least 1 year of recent/current experience.
• Front End Billing experience is required (not intake for qualifying patients or test claims); knowledge to create infusion claims (bill medical payors, not RX payors/NCPP).
• Knowledge of Collections is a plus but not required.
