Overview

Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales) - Orlando, FL s role is provider-facing and focused on growing patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and their teams.

Location:

Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Engagement:
    Spend about 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
  • Spotting Opportunities:
    Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Connecting & Converting:
    Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients’ nutrition care.
  • Fostering Relationships:
    Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — to engage the entire office in supporting patient referrals.
  • Contributing to Growth:
    Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices to strengthen the team.

We’d Love To Hear From You If
  • You have proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry preferred).
  • You can independently build and grow a territory with strategic ownership.
  • You can influence and connect across an office, from physicians to staff.
  • You are proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick to learn new systems.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, plus strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly variable compensation
  • Mileage & wear/tear reimbursement at IRS standard rate
  • $65/month cell phone reimbursement
  • $125/quarter WFH stipend (home office setup)
