Position Overview
Healthcare Sales Representative at Kids Care Home Health
Kids Care Home Health seeks an assertive, self‑starter who thrives on building relationships and operates with freedom and independence in a dynamic entrepreneurial sales environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and develop an assigned Sales Territory including hospitals, clinics, specialists and social workers.
- Establish co‑marketing opportunities within the community of DME, medical supplies and vendors.
- Organize and coordinate rotation calls to maximize market impact across all lines of business, including in‑services and cold calls.
- Provide education to caregivers/patients on services and continuous care coordination options.
- Correspond with physicians, case managers and referral coordinators to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Facilitate meet‑and‑greet sessions with caregivers of patients in home or hospital settings prior to discharge.
- Integrate multiple lines of business into the marketing platform for various referral sources.
- Develop new referral sources and increase brand awareness through networking and community events.
- Represent Kids Care Home Health at resource fairs, health fairs and community events.
- Maintain relationships with other agencies at networking events to build rapport and stay updated on industry changes.
- Track, analyze and report readmission data; provide care coordinators with quality parameters statistics.
- Track कैल the budget and manage monthly expenses in accordance with Kids Care policy.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral and admit goals for the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with directors of nursing, registered nurses and clinical managers to enhance productivity and increase patient census.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Prior sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to find and reach decision‑makers in key accounts within territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Flexible, responsive, and confident multitasker capable of handling shifting priorities.
- Goal‑motivated with high standards and a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and phone.
- Moderate physical activity and lifting required.
- Requires close vision.
- Moderate noise levels (typical office, phone, printers, light traffic).
