Pay:- $85,000-$90,000 (Base Salary) + Up to $6,000 in Annual Bonuses
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (Required)
- Hands‑on experience using ABA to support neurodivergent children or adolescents, including those on the autism spectrum.
