Overview

This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. We are looking for the right fit to work with our team. This role is for LCSW or LCPC therapists in Maryland and offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and opportunities for growth.

Position and Schedule

We have immediate openings for LCSW and LCPC therapists. You can keep your current position and start as a part-time therapist with afternoon and evening hours, then transition to full-time as your caseload grows. We are flexible and will work with you. Credentialing under our group contract is expected within 30 to 45 days. There is an option for either a flat hourly rate or a commission-based compensation model.

Who We Are Looking For

Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and case notes according to company policy
  • Maintain a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
  • Other meaningful duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Must be licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Bilingual in another language (e.g., Spanish) is preferred
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Creative and innovative approaches to mental health
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Experience with couples and families
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
