Now Hiring:
Part-Time Community-Based Case Manager.
Location:
Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Brunswick, and parts of Charlotte and Halifax counties. Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others? Brain Injury Solutions is seeking a dedicated, part-time Case Manager (20 hours per week) to support survivors of acquired brain injury in their journey toward recovery and independence. This community-based role involves working directly with individuals and families to identify personal goals and connect them with resources that empower long-term success.
The Case Manager will participate in ongoing marketing and outreach activities to promote agency programs, strengthen partnerships with community providers, and generate appropriate client referrals. This is a home office position, but face-to-face visits with clients in the aforementioned location are required. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure your confidence and success in the role.
- Support survivors of acquired brain injury in their journey toward recovery and independence by identifying personal goals and connecting them with resources.
- Engage in ongoing marketing and outreach activities to promote agency programs, strengthen partnerships with community providers, and generate appropriate client referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with clients in the specified locations; work from a home office with required in-person interactions.
- Participate in training and onboarding to become proficient in the role.

Schedule:

- Cell phone reimbursement: $37.50/month.
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile.
- Paid time off: 14 days annually (accrued).
- Paid holidays: 12 per year (4 hours per holiday).

$19.24/hour with the potential to increase after 90 days based on performance.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, human development, therapeutic recreation, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for day travel within the service area.
- CPR/First-Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must reside within the service area of Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, or Brunswick Counties.
- Experience with brain injury survivors or in a related field.
- Community-based case management experience.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation principles or comparable experience.
