As a Senior Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth within the academic sector, government agencies, and emerging biotech companies in your assigned territory, building and nurturing relationships with R&D professionals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers aligned with research and development objectives.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate product features, benefits, and applications.
• Conduct presentations that demonstrate our offering and value.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in SFDC and report on metrics and KPIs.
• Work closely with Senior Business Development manager, director, marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
• Perform other functions and duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years in sales or business development in life sciences or academic research. Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences products, research methodologies; focus on mRNA and enzymes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with researchers and institutions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
