- Assist senior staff with marketing efforts and partnership development for educational programs
- Manage timelines and coordinate activities across various joint providership offerings
- Develop and analyze operational reports and metrics to improve educational interventions
- Provide clerical and technical support to joint providership partners and internal stakeholders
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation and project support
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and project management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
- Demonstrated adaptability to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in educational program coordination or project management
