ABA Program Supervisor

Full-Time | Clinic, School & Home-Based Services

SALARY RANGE: $27.50 - $30.88/hr*

• Salary range is contingent upon relevant experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Are you a Master’s-level behavior professional working toward your BCBA and ready to step into a leadership role? We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Behavior Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, coach behavior technicians, and support children and families through high-quality ABA services. As a Behavior Supervisor
, you will oversee ABA programs for young children across clinic, school, and home settings. You’ll provide clinical supervision, guide intervention staff, collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary partners, and ensure ethical, data-driven ABA services.

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each client.
• Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate client strengths and skill deficits using data and standardized assessments.
• Analyze challenging behaviors and design functionally relevant interventions.
• Observe treatment implementation and revise programs as needed.
• Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to behavior technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.

• A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Actively pursuing BCBA certification.
• At least 1–2 years of hands‑on ABA or behavior therapy experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA (preferred).
• Strong organization, communication, and coaching skills.
• A positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.
• Ability to clear background checks and TB requirements.
