Job Summary We are seeking an unlicensed Mental Health Clinician to join our expanding private practice! This role is vital in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals in need. You will play a crucial part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, ensuring that clients receive compassionate care and support they deserve for our community.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with adults and youth.
• Complete biopsychosocial diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Utilize medical/clinical terminology in documentation and communication.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
• Work with children and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Must have a Master’s Degree
• Must possess a current registration number with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Have a minimum of 6 months experience providing clinical psychotherapy
• Have less than 800 completed clinical hours towards licensure with BBS
• Experience working with children and families (preferred)
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices
• Ability to commute to Visalia, CA 93291
