Join Advanceable ABA as a Behavior Technician (BT) and be part of a supportive team that empowers children with autism to thrive — one session at a time.

Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.
  • Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
  • Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success.
Training & Certification Support
  • We provide paid onboarding training.
  • 40-hour RBT course included.
  • You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way.
  • No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
  • Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.
Schedule & Hours
  • Part-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available.
  • Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
  • 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.

  • Hourly Pay Range: $21–$25/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification).
