- Pay Range Statement Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.

Adult Mental Health Therapist
St. Louis Park – Hybrid Option
The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking an Adult Therapist for our outpatient practice in Saint Louis Park, MN.
- Have experience assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+). Our patient population presents with a broad range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/school issues, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma and chemical use/misuse.
- Have training in, and experience with, the provision of evidence-based care to adults.
- Be independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN as a Masters level Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) Psy D or PhD.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Have professional relationship building skills which are essential in facilitating partnerships with behavioral health and primary care colleagues to provide patients with high-quality, comprehensive care.
