Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We support our RBTs with strong supervision and clear onboarding so you can confidently apply your skills and make a meaningful impact.
About the RoleAs a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Responsibilities- Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
- Collecting and documenting session data
- Collaborating with your clinical team
- Flexible, after-school scheduling
- Supportive clinical supervision
- Competitive pay ($20–$30/hour)

- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
