• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting key decision-makers within HIT organizations
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities within the healthcare industry
• Engage in consultative sales processes to demonstrate Availity solutions and create tailored proposals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare leaders and stakeholders
• Monitor sales metrics, track pipeline performance, and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership

• 5 years of experience in healthcare technology sales with a strong focus on B2B sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with standard HIPAA healthcare transactions and healthcare APIs
• Proven track record in partnership sales within the healthcare technology space
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management
