• Full Earning Potential: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
• Bonus:
  Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
• Hybrid Role:
  In-person supervision (in-home, school, and/or center-based) with telehealth and remote flexibility up to 50% of in-home cases
• Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3–4 weeks, including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support from our Clinical Development team
• Education and Mentorship:
  Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

  Work-from-home opportunities with Mon-Fri mornings/afternoons, up to 6pm most nights; 1–2 evenings per week until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions

• Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high fidelity in treatment plan implementation
• Drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing ABA programs while evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving
• Remain calm and professional in challenging situations; adapt to change and seek opportunities for growth
• Lead with initiative and openness; communicate proactively and foster collaboration

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB
• Criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR and Varicella required during onboarding (we cover costs)
