Overview
We are looking to hire a BCBA to join our dynamic team of clinicians. Each clinician is assigned 6 to 8 clients, supported by interns, trainers, and administrative staff. After completing your first 90 days and mastering the skills needed for independence, you will also have the option to have a weekly flexible work-from-home day. Our clinic features a beautiful nautical theme designed to be sensory-friendly and to promote play and imagination.
About SOS:
Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is a national autism treatment franchise committed to providing quality services. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and partner with local Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Social Skills Specialists who share our nautical centers. We also provide in-home and in-school services. Our play-based model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET), allowing us to take clients on field trips!
We strongly encourage parent involvement and provide a parent viewing room where parents can watch their child’s therapy live.
We will never ask you to sign a non-compete agreement. All BCBAs receive two weeks of initial training from our corporate office in Central Houston, and we do not require training payback agreements.
We value work/life balance. Office managers handle daily client schedules, and each BCBA is supported by an intern while maintaining a maximum caseload of 6 to 8 full-time clients. BCBAs typically work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and seldom bring work home. We take pride in full billing transparency; nothing is billed to insurance without BCBA approval.
Success On The Spectrum is rapidly growing, which allows us to accelerate your career more quickly than any other company. As new locations open, there are opportunities to advance to Regional Director. Being part of a franchise also offers the option to transfer to a different location if you need to relocate.
