Magnolia is growing thoughtfully and is looking to add select Behavior Technicians to our treatment team. This role is ideal for individuals who want meaningful, hands-on work with children while building strong applied behavior analysis skills under close BCBA supervision.
Whether you are new to the field or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, this position offers the opportunity to deepen your clinical skill, confidence, and professionalism in a supportive, well-structured environment.
The Role (In-Home Services)
As an In-Home Behavior Technician at Magnolia, you will work one-on-one with children in their home environments to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Sessions take place in the child's natural setting and focus on building meaningful, functional skills that support long-term independence.
You will run structured sessions that include skill acquisition, behavior support, data collection, and caregiver collaboration. Consistency, professionalism, and adaptability are essential, as each home environment is different and requires thoughtful, responsive implementation.
This role requires strong presence, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with both children and caregivers while maintaining clinical boundaries. You will receive ongoing BCBA guidance, feedback, and support to ensure sessions are effective, ethical, and aligned with treatment goals.
In-home work at Magnolia is intentional and skill-driven. Technicians are trusted to represent the organization professionally while delivering high-quality care in family homes.
