Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RBT to join our team in Dahlonega, GA. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with our clients, implementing individualized behavior plans, and supporting our therapists in providing top-notch care. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families

• Collaborate with our therapy team to ensure seamless communication and support

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or behavioral sciences)

• Possess a valid RBT certification

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Certificate or equivalent in a related field (e.g., RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA)
