AEIC Case Management LLC is a community-centered agency providing resource navigation, mental health support, and family-focused services across Texas. Although AEIC is not a doula agency, we recognize the need for future doulas to gain hands-on experience—especially those who do not yet meet the requirements for the Medicaid Children & Pregnant Women (CPW) program.
To support the growing maternal health workforce, AEIC offers a Doula Apprenticeship Program structured within our case management environment, with supervision from our team and optional external access to experienced doulas for birth-specific mentoring.
This program blends non-clinical case management skills with doula readiness training, preparing apprentices for real maternal support work.
