A healthcare organization located in Massachusetts is seeking a coding specialist responsible for performing ICD and CPT coding of medical records. The candidate will ensure coding compliance and validate assigned codes using various resources. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, maintaining an accuracy rate of 95%, and assisting in training new personnel. This position requires a current CCS certification and at least 6 months of inpatient coding experience.

The schedule is 40 hours a week with some remote options available.
