We have options for both in person and remote positions within the state of Georgia for a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). The BCBA will oversee the implementation of ABA therapy programs, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and conduct functional behavior assessments. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, analyzing data to adjust interventions, and collaborating with families to ensure consistent progress and successful outcomes.

- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, behavior analysis, and implementing intervention strategies
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage and support RBTs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in child development, Autism Spectrum Disorder support, or similar fields
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance processes is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- BCBA must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line), or currently working for a company that accepts GA Medicaid
- BCBA should have or be working towards the GA LBA
Part-time BCBAs are expected to bill a minimum of 10 hours weekly to maintain client consistency and team efficiency.
