The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model patient behavioral health practices emphasize a team approach including physicians, PMHNPs, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.

Responsibilities include:

• Customize care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration.
• Medication management and individual psychotherapy as core duties; may also conduct family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Develop and maintain clinical care plans within an integrated behavioral health framework.
• Documentation of patient care and coordination with the back-office team for billing, credentialing, and related activities.
• Provide care with no required on-call duties beyond your own patient roster.

Pick your own schedule with a focus on work/life balance. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Remote options are available, with local offices in multiple states as well as planned launches; interview process assesses skill set, interest, and geographic location to match the best option.

Required:

• Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Colorado and/or Massachusetts or willing to Licensure in those states.
• Experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance use, and other psychiatric conditions under supervision of a consulting psychiatrist(s). New graduates welcomed.
