*** Team of 3 MDs, 2 NPs, and 1 PA

* Schedule:

M-F; 8a-5p
* Mix of in-person visits and telehealth
* See new and established patients; majority are adults
* Manage medication dosage, refills, and MyChart messages
* Average of 10-14 patients daily
