Salary: $80,000 - $115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

  Home-based BCBAs can create their own schedules without weekends; center-based roles have no nights or weekends.

• Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable).
• Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Prior ABA Experience.
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will: conduct assessments and write progress reports, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure effective execution of treatment plans, support families in managing challenging behaviors, and conduct functional assessments as needed. Your commitment will help make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
