Master Level Clinician / Assistant Supervisor – Los Angeles

- Provide direct care to clients in home and community settings using ABA principles.
- Deliver weekly consultation and guidance to educators and administrators to support classroom and individualized behavior support systems using MTSS.
- Prevent and intervene with clients' challenging behaviors.
- Learn and implement specialized behavior approaches under the guidance of a case supervisor/BCBA.
- Attend required training, staff meetings, and complete assigned readings.
- Assist the BCBA in providing case oversight to BT/RBT and present complex information on behavior, assessments, and plan implementation to staff.
- Model effective behavioral interventions with parents, students, district staff, using ABA principles in school and home settings.
- Help clients improve communication, social, play, motor, self‑help, school readiness, and self‑management skills.
- Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of progress and adherence to behavior plans.
- Collaborate with parent, teacher, school psychologist, and allied specialists to implement positive interventions.
- Travel to/from clients' schools and homes as needed.
- Schedule regular community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness.
- Provide parent training and education.
- Make observations, collect data, chart progress, review reports, update individualized programs, and keep office personnel informed.
- Understand and adhere to IDEA regulations in school settings.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong background in ABA principles.
- Experience with trauma‑focused evidence‑based practices.
- Part‑time availability (15–20 hrs/week).< /li>
- Experience working in or with schools. brzo>
- At least two years working with students with special needs.
- Highayey proficiency in modern office technology and procedures.
- Reliable transportation to/from cases; willingness to travel to Long Beach, South Bay, and South Los Angeles areas.
- Provide reliable vehicle insurance (25/50šit coverage).
- Clear current background check.
- Current TB test within six months.
- COVID‑19 vaccination for in‑school cases.
- Willingness to lift upgeh to 50 lbs.
Non‑violent Crisis Prevention/CPI training completion and adherence to certification guidelines.

Salary: $55,000 – $116,000 (approx.)

Los Angeles, CA (travel to Long Beach, South Bay, South Los Angeles required)
