Position: BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flexible Hourly Role! Hybrid Opportunities Available

GREENLIGHT ABA IS LOOKING FOR A BCBA TO WORK IN DENVER, COLORADO. REMOTE/HYBRID OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE! MUST BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN COLORADO! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING!

Job Types: Full Time, Part-time

Pay:
Up to $100 per hour

Expected hours:
Up to 25 Billable hours per week

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role

As a BCBA you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Conduct initial assessments
  • Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
  • Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
  • Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
  • Conduct supervision in the client s home and through telehealth
Qualifications
  • Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
  • Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
  • Must hold a valid driver s license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Bilingual is a plus

About the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role:
