• Providing compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well‑being.
• Collaborating with dietitians and the facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans.
• Completing clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending meetings to discuss resident care.
• Conducting meal rounds as needed, performing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus.

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with verification statement.
• State licensure as required in your state.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
