Salary: $85,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

Alabama: Home based in greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions.
Colorado: Home based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver regions.
Clinic based: Centennial, COGeorgia: Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region.
Clinic based: Atlanta, Cartersville, Cumming, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, and Stockbridge.Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland.
Clinic based: Norwood Park and Palos Heights.Massachusetts: Home based throughout Massachusetts, excluding Western Mass and the Cape.
Center based: Southborough, MA.North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, and the triangle area, Winston-Salem.
Center based: Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem.Tennessee: Home based in greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions.

Home-based BCBAs can create their own schedule - no weekends required and WFH days.

Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Previous ABA Experience is mandatory.
Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
Job Responsibilities:
As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You’ll develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for long-term success. Additionally, you will supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective and on track. You will provide guidance and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
Other essential responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses when warranted, reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoring data, and graphing progress.
