Work from home or close to home: OMH has locations in Colorado and Massachusetts and is expanding. We will help identify the best fit and provide resources to treat OMH patients remotely from home. If preferred, fully remote positions are available.
ResponsibilitiesThe psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH within outpatient behavioral health practices. The interdisciplinary team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH emphasizes a coordinated, collaborative approach to deliver high-quality care.
CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT:
- Autonomy to determine how often to see a patient and the length of sessions
- Provide individual psychotherapy; may also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed
PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
- Create a custom schedule for work/life balance
- Typical hours:
Monday–Friday, roughly 7:00 AM–7:00 PM - Focus on patient care with back-office support handling billing, credentialing, and other administrative tasks
Note:
No on-call responsibilities beyond patient care. Time spent after sessions is focused on clinical care and documentation; back-office teams handle billing and related tasks.
Education & Licensure:
- Completion of an accredited program with licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Oregon, with the ability to practice independently
- Licensure in Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred
Other:
- Ability to work remotely from Oregon or relocate to a suitable location as needed
